The handle on entry door was not working correctly, it was a miracle that I got in my room. The fridge was broken. Why do the put the air conditioner/heater right next to the bed. I won't be using this chain anymore.

The price was reasonable, compared to other nearby hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well used and it shows. The windowpane in my room was cracked and had been just taped over. There were stains in the bathroom on the grout, pink mildew. I needed a place to stay overnight; it did okay, but I probably will pick another place next time. Also, they removed all the cookware/utensils due to COVID, but I didn’t see it mentioned in the listing, would have been nice to know beforehand.

not really clean, always smells musty in the hallways. burning in your room if you have heat on. had to ask daily for 4 days to get housekeeping to clean the room. their “breakfast” was poorly make coffee, oatmeal packets you had to make or prepackaged mini muffins.

Liked the kitchen, and the lay out of the room.

1st room we had gotten was black mold in the kitchen area. It had a rotten cigarette smell to it when we 1st walked in, so my boyfriend and i looked around and we found 2 soaking wet doors and opened them to find the mold. Room 245, picture is uploaded as proof. The room we stayed in wasn't very clean. Food on the floor. Also didn't like that there was no dishes or pots and pans in the kitchen already. Also online it said breakfast included, but there wasn't any. The bed was super hard as well.

-the mattress in the pull-it bed was missing -the room was dirty. floor not swept, stains on rug -there was no breakfast, only coffee, even though it was noted on booking.com and in the hotel that there was breakfast -keys did not always work in the room door

Many things; 1. Washroom: (a) not clean. caulking needed to be applied or replaced in some areas. Mold were visible. (b) Curtain was small and did not cover whole tub. Water would come out and needed to be cleaned off the floor. (c) Faucets were too close to the wall and not enough room to wash hands in sink. 2. Instruments: (a) Phone did not work. Help desk came to try to fix it, changed the handset, still the same issue. Lived without room phone during the stay (b) Hair Dryer did not work!! room service got a another one and that did not work either, finally another (3rd) one was brought in and that seemed to work. 3. There was no breakfast offered. It says in booking that the breakfast was offered, but there was none. When asked, they said only coffee was available .. 4. They checked us out next day, although the stay was for 2 nights. Frankly, we wanted to checkout out early anyway due to all the issues we were having, but we were surprised to know at front desk that they checked us out already and security deposit ($100) was to be credited back!! We explained it was 2 day stay and they offered another room for remaining night, that we refused and requested for refund of one night. Hotel refused to refund, even though it was not our fault at all!!

Location

This was more of a local place where people stay for weeks at a time. We were just there for two nights. Everything was geared more towards the long stay people so it was a lot of self serve. Not real helpful staff. Change your own bedsheets,mold in shower all over tile,bugs that shouldn't be there,take out your own trash,no breakfast like it said,coffee only in morning. Not very comfortable for a traveler staying a night,like a normal hotel. Learned much from it though.

I don't eat breakfast at hotels. Location was very convenient.
