The staff were as nice as can be. I

The bugs in refrigerator ,no pillows or comforter, the bathtub garbage filthy and there were no towels or garbage cans .

Overall layout of the room was good. The refrigerator was clean and the trash was empty.

The carpet was extremely dirty and disgustingly stained beyond use! The bed sheets had not been changed and reeked of prior sexual activity. There were no towels. We inquired twice for towels, once when we arrived and the second the next morning, and were promised some delivered to the room but never delivered. The kitchenette floor and bathroom floor was stained and dirty. We offered to downsize to a single bed as we didn't need a double bed, and there was an apparent demand for a double. We should have kept the original booking, it "might" have been a better cleaner room!

The ad said toaster, coffee maker, but it had none of these including the promised hair dryer Dead roach in refer. Property construction out side my room and surprise they wanted a 200.00 deposit plus the room rate. However, the motel was close to the hospital where my wife was having surgery so I stayed. Tried to check out at 6.00 A.M. and the office was locked so I left the keys in the room. About 1.00 P.M. they called me on my cell and wanted to know if I wanted to extend my stay as I had not turned in my keys. I explained what happen and she said "Oh, okay goodbye. Probably will not stay again.

Nooooooothing everything is bad in there I want my money back this place taken advantage of families with children's in their been homeless or evicted from their homes bug's all over the beds unbelievable

I was there for only mt this facility is very 👎bad I have to sleep in my car I ask the front desk to give me my money back they told me to dispute the charges and get your refund back I was so tired driving got there after midnight and was in and out bug's in the beds Neil out of carpet hit me I was bleeding my back hurt because I ended sleeping in my car at Walmart parking lot I never forgot this I will report them to the health departments and the building departments I want my money back 😩

Rooms smelled. Didn’t get back deposit because of “smell of cigarettes” non of us smoke. It smelled like that when we went in the room. Got there at 10 o’clock from a 9 hour drive from Ohio. So we couldn’t go to a different hotel from exhaustion. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

My room had a kitchenette but there was not any silverware, plates, pans, glasses. Ask the office about this and they were going to deliver some but they never came. Also was not told that they charge a $200 deposit for the room as well.

The water was warm in the shower and the air conditioning was cold. Those are the only positive things about our experience there.

The room was no where near clean, the staff did not communicate with one another, making us check out earlier than expected, the non smoking room reeked of smoke (there was a shower cap over the smoke alarm), and the area felt incredibly unsafe.

The $200 security deposit requirement to book the room takes 3-5 days or so to get ur money back even though they take it outta ur account instantly whenever u book

The room was very clean and provided shampoo and conditioner.

Brochure information did not match what was provided. And while I understand that the pandemic had a lot to do with no appliance delivery to the room it would have been good to know ahead of time. Lastly around 1:30 in the morning we had two different individuals trying to get into our room by mistake. Don’t know who was at fault but it was annoying.
