Breakfast wasn't included but on everyday morning you can grab some muffins and tea or coffee from the office. Room was big enough for us and really clean - was cleaning everyday.
If you want to use a jacuzzi you have to ask about it at the office. Only they have an acess to turn on jacuzzi and theres no any information around the pool about it.

Good location next to supermarkts and restaurants - only 30 min. away from Santa Monica via 101/405 or via the beautiful Topanga Canyon blvd :)

As the pool area is great , It would be nice to sit here enjoying the breakfast muffins, croissants and coffee :)

Have stayed here every month for the past year. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable and the owner and staff are friendly and accommodating.
Parking is a little tight, but nothing is perfect.

The location made finding restaurants easy. The room was comfortable and compact. The staff was efficient and mostly out of sight.
I wish there was more of a noise barrier. The upstairs guests seemed to stomp around rather than walk.

Bed was very uncomfortable and noisy.. little more cleaning was required otherwise all good

The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Of course I love that jacuzzi and swimming pool. And I feel safe parking my car in the parking lot which is visible from the hotel room
Actually I like the free breakfast but I didn't like the fact that I woke up too late to get it but that's on me
