Pool was closed, dust on phone, nightstand ect… didn’t have smart tv and charged if you wanted to watch movies. Very high priced to have no pool or modern tV’s

Overall the hotel met our expectations, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was very spacious. We were travelling as a group of five adults, so we had two double beds, a sofa bed, kitchenette and one bathroom. We only stayed one night and the room was fine for us, the breakfast was compact but there was plenty of variety and the woman running breakfast was so friendly and welcoming, it was a lovely start to the day. Really appreciated the 24/7 access to tea and coffee!

We found the two double beds to be quite soft, although they were comfy, it meant you often found yourself in the night rolling into the middle and as they were doubles there wasn't a huge amount of space. The sofa bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so thin you could feel every part of the frame underneath it. It was fine for one night, and one person, but I think we would have struggled any longer. Maybe we just unlucky and had a slightly older model sofa bed.

The awkwardness of the back parking lot to the hotel.

Absolutely Nothing! I did not get to experience it because they did not have my booking confirmed with Booking.com and therefor did not have my room reserved for myself, husband, and 4 children. I was forced to find last minute accommodations the very day I arrived at the hotel with zero compensation or alternative bookings. We sat in the hotel lobby calling dozens of places just to find the only place we could afford was a Motel 6 an hour farther than we were supposed to be and two of my children had to sleep on the floor on inflatable pool floaties (all we could find at 9pm at night) because the only room available did not have enough beds for 6.

I did not like that Booking.com confirmed my reservation in March, providing me with a confirmation number, and then coming to find the hotel did not have it when we arrived in August. I did not like showing up at the hotel with my 4 children and husband, all excited to have an amazing 5 day experience at the hotel and Boston, come to a grinding halt, with major drastic changes in our 7 month planned vacation. I did not like that the hotel was already fully booked and they dis not offer me any compensation or alternative place to stay.

Shampoo and body gel was empty and when I called down to the desk, no answer. Keurig didn’t work, and I am a huge coffee drinker .

Towels n emptying trash more often. Trash in room over 2 days.

The size of the room

No soap in the room sink, no napkins in the dining room the staff told us there were out of soap and napkins. Very odd🥴. Cleaning the room once in 3 days. Not exceptabl in any even in post covid 19 times.

Fromt desk staff is exceptional in their job. Went the extra mile for us. 10/10 recommended.

The price was perfect for this spacious room. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The parking garage under the hotel is a little eerie.

The breakfast was better quality than we have had at other hotels in the area. The hostess Ramona was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The room we were assigned to had the smell of a gym locker with three weak old sweaty clothes. Fabreze made the odor tolerable. Having a room directly across from the kitchen made for early awakenings 5 a.m..
