The hotel and staff, Morrisseys Restaurant
Sea and Char TERRIBLE. 2-1/2 hrs to eat dinner. Extremely loud with a party of 12 next to us. Couldnt hear yourself think. Food was lukewarm, drinks took forever to get. Everything was blamed on by our waiter new menu that night. My suggestion is dont wait til the menu changes bring staff in to go over it. Mostly everything was loaded with SALT. From soup to entrees. For the high prices we should not have had the issues. Never again and we are local. Disgusting.

Perfect location in the middle of everything,gorgeous property and beautiful rooms with luxury bedding&a very comfortable bed.
The bathroom is huge with a lovely big bathtub and very spacious
shower,beautiful tile work and attention to detail.
The hotel bar is really lively with very good cocktails.Very dog friendly…

Our room was small but beautiful designed and the bed was so comfortable. All staff from the valet to the front desk and waitstaff were super friendly and helpful.
We really loved the hotel. We wished the bar/restaurant was open after a show at SPAC but not a big deal.

Breakfast was great. Server very prompt.
Nothing. The whole experience was amazing! From the valet parking and attendants to the receptionist to the housekeeper and the dinner at Salt and char!

The hotel was very nice. The front door associates were great. The room service was awesome. Room was large and set up very well.
What ruined the trip was the construction. Yes, it is on the website they are doing construction but it was terrible. Jack hammering at 7am under the bedroom window on Easter weekend. The only day they did not work was Sunday thank God. We actually checked out a day early knowing Monday the construction would start at 7am. No offer to refund 1 night they said they were sorry.

It’s a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. We enjoy the food at Morriseys. Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed.

Comfort is its name. Every possible detail on the equipment for the best comfort you can find, it is in this hotel. From heated floors, towels, to toilets. Fancy dimmers for various lights next to your bed. A table rack in the bathtub. Best comfortable bed I have ever slept. Quiet rooms.
That I could not stay longer.
