Roaches and the hassle getting a room switch

Woke up one night and got bit by a bug, had to go to urgent care because my thumb had swollen pretty badly and spent a good amount of money for an IV drip and medication. I asked for a refund for a night and they just transferred me rooms and said they had to inspect the room to which they said they had found nothing. They then said there was nothing they can do.

looks nothing like the pictures. it’s run down, needs remodeling and a fresh coat of paint on all door (exterior and interior). Property smelled of urine by the stairs as we walked up to second floor.

Everything was bad, the room I was given had bed bugs, and they had to change my room , staff is so rude, and pricing was too high to be in that dirty carpet and bedding, I am never gonna go there.
