The pool and pool and pool area was nice. The hotel has a nice entrance to the beach.

I didn't like that room service never once brought clean towels nor asked us if we need anything. We was there 3 days. They never even asked if we needed anything. We didn't even get trash bags to get the trash out of the room. My biggest issue is I was double charged for my stay and have not had a response from them. It is impossible to get them to answer the phone at the front desk I have called multiple times concerning my deposit and refund for the money I was over charged. I have even emailed them and still no response so, I would recommend watching your charges with them especially since they do not reply and fail at answering the phone.. Guess I will have to go to the fraud department to resolve the issue since they are not communicating. Very unprofessional. I recommend going somewhere else that doesn't neglect there good paying customers.

The shower broke, flooded room. Elevator sometimes worked.

Beach access and view

The room was filthy upon entry, sippy cup under bed, and a dipar behind dresser. TV had a broken leg so leaned to one side. Had to continually get my key fixed to get into the room. The hotel is really outdated, not a resort by any means. It says it has an inside pool and hot tub, and neither of which work very disappointing pictures online don't correspond with room. Staff was friendly though.

Beach front room.

The mirror in room streaked to the point you could not see yourself in it. Sprayed paint over the lamp shades, bottoms orange brown from smoke 🚬 And the glass door was also fingered up with some type oils. Table was not wiped down as we found a pair of glasses on the book.

They put us in a 1st floor room next to the exit /entrance door, which was SUPER NOISY all day & night and we couldn't even see the ocean from our room! Bathroom lock was busted and hanging by a thread, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable;, howeve, the room was clean and the location on the strip was excellent!

the elevator was jamming had to take the stairs a couple times , there was dirt still in the tub that could’ve been cleaned , the Balcony is so small I don’t trust it !

Where the location, and that we all was at the same hotel

The rooms were not clean one of over beds was not even mad up, there was blood stains on the sheets, and the indoor pool was closed my family and I was disappointed. This was a trip for my grandsons birthday.

how close it was to the beach

there was construction being done so it was noisy early in the morning.. waking the baby up

everything was excellent, except building was a little out of date, but they seemed to be working to upgrade while we was there. housekeeping was great about making sure we had towels, etc! also I really liked the fact that they didn’t enter your room unless requested other than to knock to know if you need anything such as towels or toiletries. I would stay again
