The room was big.
The pool wasn't open despite the listing stating it was. It was closed because no one on staff would clean the bugs out it. It was 95° in Hartwell, Georgia the only reason we booked was for the pool.We offered to clean it ourselves. Hotel refused to refund the money. We were then placed in a room we didn't book, staff argued over it, ultimately we got switched to the correct room with a sleeper sofa, once we provided the Book. Com confirmation.

Convenient location for us and nice hotel.
More outlets on the night stand and easily accessible would be great. Traveling with three kids all using tablets and headphones requires lots of outlets

The breakfast was good. I am not a breakfast person, but there were options for me. The exercise room was nice, a bit small but was accommodating.
Price. Kind of pricey for the area.

Very well maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and a special note about Rachel at the front desk. She helped get a first floor room after finding out about issues with our pet. She went above and beyond and was super pleasant! Would definitely recommend staying here.

the room was nice. I loved how huge it was.
the property was nice but we had roaches in our room. my husband killed it and we immediately checked our clothes and packed them up and removed the suitcase of the floor.
