The food was average but no milk or hot water for hot chocolate. The TV did not work so we had to change rooms. The one we went to was better. They need to vacuum around the edges. The night clerk was very nice.

Barking dogs most of the night. Only 2 towels? Really, there was a jetted tub in the room. You need extra towels for that in itself. There should be 4 in each room just to start. 2 extra with a tub like that. The woman at the desk did give me extra though, she was nice, doing her best with what she was dealing with.

Basic continental breakfast. A good variety of options that should satisfy most guests.

The staff were helpful and responsive. The pool area looked clean. The sheets were clean and the AC worked.
The toilet seat was not on securely. The sink faucet did not reach out over the sink far enough making washing hands difficult.

Breakfast was next to nothing.
Our reservation could not be found when we arrived. We started a new one in order to stay and were told we were eligable for discounts but received none. After several phone calls we were told we would get the discounts. Upon checkout we found none were applied. Done arguing and paid bill. Won't recommend or stay there again.

The room and breakfast were satisfactory. The shower was good and the bathroom was clean, but small. The employees we encountered we all very pleasant.
The hot tub was too hot to use...should be 100 degrees max, but was at 120. We asked the desk worker who said she would contact maintenance. No maintenance person arrived. This was really disappointing as it was one facility we were very much looking forward to using. Also, the mini fridge was set way too cold. All the items we put in it were frozen in the morning.

I will not stay there again, The place is falling apart. The room smelled musty, there was special place hairs all over the bathroom. It was disgusting.

The breakfast was awesome. The room was nice. It was clean.
The shower was disappointing. The water built up in the tub while showering. Also half the water came out of the tub spout and the other half came out of the shower head. The hot tub was warm but not hot.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of options were available for breakfast We had a frig and micro on our whirlpool suite room and it was only $10 more than a regular room.

It was quiet.
It’s very dated and in need of a serious update. It had a funky smell to the room. The curtains were falling apart. The bathroom sink was all cracked. The shower worked but there was no exhaust fan in the shower area so when it was in use the entire room filled with damp steam. There was no housekeeping so we only had one set of scratchy, ruff towels each. It was a very rainy weekend outside and the water was just pouring off the roof right in front of the entrance. We had to dodge a waterfall to exit the building.
About the best thing I can think of is it was quiet and it had a very nice pool.
