No handicap facilities had to give up the room I wanted in order to not have to go up stairs.

it was close to cocoa beach
its a motel with permanent residents and i felt unsafe.. homeless people right in front of the motel, LOUD airco on all night, and it adjoins an incredibly noisy street

It was convenient and served its purpose. The new owners seem like they’re working very hard to make it a nicer place.
The property is in a sketchy area and on a very busy road. The bed was very uncomfortable.

and has made some improvements and plans to make several more changes
