There is much to like about this resort. The grounds and the location are very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room itself did not meet my expectations. What was described as a luxury suite was really no more than an average hotel room with a couple of rather uncomfortable chairs and a small, hard couch. Also, the wireless was weak in our room. I would try another location in Springdale before returning to Cable Mountain lodge. I am confident one could find a room just as nice for a significantly lower price.

Super clean. I believe you need to ask for room service. We really didn't need it during our 4 nights stay. Nice and quite area. They take great care of the garden. There is also some grills right at the riverbanks. Our room was right behind the swimming pool and we didn't hear any noise. Carpet just in the bedroom. I loved it. I would hate carpet in the entire place. Spacious cabin, much bigger than I expected. Kitchen, eating table, living room... Comfortable room, mattress, nice shower (spacious bathroom).

Suggestion: some hooks in the "entrance hall". In this kind of trip people always have lots of stuff to hang.

Great location. could walk to Zion center. no worries with town shuttles or long car lines.

perfect location right outside the park- we could just walk in and hike or catch the Zion shuttle. Also loved the close proximity to the brewery and grocery store. pool was fantastic and a relaxing retreat after a hot day hiking

Staff was very accomodating to our needs. We initially had an upstairs room, but we both were having trouble with our knees with all the hiking on the trip we had done. They graciously moved us to a bottom level room. The rooms all have kitchens - only thing missing would be an oven. Cooktop, full size refrigerator, pots, pans - everything needed if you wanted to cook at home. Beds and furniture were comfy and the WiFI worked. The rooms were plush and quiet and very comfy. We were close enough to skip the Springdale shuttle and walk straight over to get on the Zion shuttle just across the river. We also attended a ranger program one night - just a walk down the river to the program. The hotel is just across the river from the Zion campground, so you couldn't get closer! Next door is the brewery where we had a couple of awesome meals, a small store where you could pick up supplies, and an outfitter if you were going to do the Narrows and needed those supplies.

The shower curtains were cut so short they wouldn't stay inside the tub rim until they were wet (why so short?!) and the pillows were actually TOO large. For fun, I put my belt around one and it was 40 inches around - and not very soft. I'm not sure how someone could be comfortable with a pillow that large, but we brought our own so it didn't matter.

the location right next to the visitor center of Zion National Park and the park shuttle. we stayed an extra day just to relax at the resort. lovely and quiet environment. had time to go to the wonderful spa

Best location within walking distance to Zion National Park.

Booking.com charged my credit card for the room. The hotel also charged the same credit card again for the room because the hotel said they didn't receive the money from Booking.com in a timely manner.

Property was beautiful and convenient.

Had booked room originally in 2020 and Covid killed those plans. Rebooked in 2022 for same dates with increase of approximately 70% from original booking. Arrived and TV and Coffee. American didn’t work. fixed Tv myself and although promised no one ever fixed coffee maker. Our stay was for 3 nights and requested that trash be removed and over 3 day period never was. Also had to request addition soap and shampoo as only single day was supplied. and had also requested new towels towels which never showed up.

We loved the location and the nice big, clean room.

Great location. I left my favorite dress in the closet and they mailed it to me. So awesome.
