The location to the beach was amazing! Short walk to just about everything!
Motel is definitely outdated. Street flooded one day during a storm... Building needs some upgrades and a way to get rid of the moisture and musky smells. Always damp... we bought candles to make it smell better.

It had an unbearable bad smell of fact I paid for two nights and only endured one night in that place if it hadn't happened that would have been a good place for the price

Pool was cleaned every morning, nice that ice machine was working.
Had a leak in the bedroom ceiling like a pool had formed under the paint and was going to burst but didnt.

Their upkeep is terrible. For example renovating pool thus not usable. Ice machines not operational. Room smelled like cigarettes. Toilet handle was hanging for dear life. No one at desk when I got there. Lighting was bad inside the rooms. Bathtub had stains that made it feel uneasy.

The location
The room was not clean at all. The linen was very dirty. The room had an old smell to it. The tub was dirty and I had to clean the room and buy towels and washcloth. Very bad experience 😥

This is the WORST PLACE!!!! IT IS ADVERTISED AS BEACH FRONT BUT IT IS NOT. YOU CANT EVEN SEE THE OCEAN. YOU GOTTA WALK 6 BLOCKS TO GET TO THE OCEAN.
We stayed 1 night. There was such a strong smell of chemicals in the room that my dad couldn't breathe. The room was NASTY!! There was not even a coffee pot in the room. The manager was a very NASTY WOMAN. I was trying to explain why we were unhappy and wanted to leave and she wouldn't even listen to me. That woman caused me to have a panic attack. We paid $1200 for 1 night. They would not give me none of my money back!!!! NO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff office workers cleaning crew and anyone else we came across that work there or very pleasant very nice and accommodating they actually made the stay Pleasant.
Was not clean.No latch lock on door.Old uncomfortable mattress's.Couch bed nothing but springs.Shower curtains mildewed.No coffee pot.Sand on floors and in couch bed.

It was clean and 5mim from the beach!!! It has everything you need for a family vacation. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.

You get only 1 parking spot I believe, but parking can be expensive & we saw plenty cars be towed. Bring your own pillows theirs are flat, but useful. Bring paper towels & soap.

The room was very large. We had a separate bedroom with a pull out sofa in the living room. The staff at the front desk were both so nice and couldn't do enough for you. I asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and he said how about sheets and a pillow too which I hadn't thought of yet.
There was no ice in the ice machine. There was no coffee maker or even a pan where I could boil water on the stove, for tea.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. All of the facilities are very very clean. The best part is the distance to the beach! It’s just 2 blocks away. The pool is always clean and the water is crystal clear.
The furnishings are a little out dated, but it’s nothing to complain about.

One thing that I can say is that customer service is definitely BIG BIG BIG plus on this property/ Hotel. When it comes to asking for help being there for others but most of all guest who are going through very strong times they have a heart for others including they guest/ residents and it’s always an honor when I tend to reside there when I do because a lot of people would never call a hotel home but sometimes all you need is the right environment that can bring you back to where you need to be not just in life but mentally as well and I want to say and continue to say thank you for continuing to give me a very excellent experience yall the best 100%

property is old and need deep cleaning. WIFI was not available in my rooms.

Clise to beach . Jeff was great to us from moment we arrived. Upgraded our room also. Yes older building could use upgrades but was clean and comfortable for our stay .
Due to early stay in the season pool wasn’t open yet actually no hotels pools were that was only downfall .
