The bed was clean and comfortable.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room the bathroom was dirty, grossness on the toilet seat and down the front. The other room had a tampon in a water bottle behind the commode.

We were traveling and needed a place to stay so we booked here. A few hours out we called them ahead of time to ask a question and they informed us that they had “housekeeping issues” and did not have a room for us. We are confident that if we didn’t happen to call ahead of time (and we were lucky we did) they would have allowed us to get all the way there just for them to tell us we didn’t have a room to sleep in, even though we had already paid for a room. Although we did receive a refund and they were kind over the phone, this was a very frustrating and stressful experience for our group, as we had to book another hotel last minute, change plans, and pay higher fees.

I was about to connect my streaming apps to the tv and the staff were good.

It's in need of a spruce up and new furniture. The cleanliness wasn't the best. I had to use both couch cushions because the seat was so low and there were food crumbs on the couch. The worst thing was that it wasn't busy at all, and they put someone right next to me. The room was one that had a connecting door so I could hear everything the other occupants were saying. There was no reason for them to put them in that room. It wasn't like it was packed!!

the room wasn’t all that clean: paint spots on the bathroom floor: gross toilet paper holder, faucets with spots, bugs on AC and a burn? mark o. the yellow cover. also no extra towels or blankets.

it was filthy everything was sticky… the bedding -very scary, old dirty blanket - bathroom tub grubby… outside the room cereal all over and everyone’s garbage outside the room. the tv wires were all over the wall crazy.

The bathroom and floors were dirty. It was late when we arrived . Check in went smoothly. Thanks to Shelby. I requested a rag and cleaner so I could clean bathroom and floor myself. They offered to send house keepers but we had a long day and it was easier for me to do. They did waive pet fee. Beds were comfortable. For the price it was ok
