We have to say this was one of the better rooms we have stayed in, very roomy, all the amenities, clean, the price was excellent.

I'd say parking was a little sketchy

I booked on Priceline and the only 2 bed offer was for a room for 6. When we checked in the manager found me a less expensive room for just the 2 of us! Well done and many thanks!

there was a consistent ticking noise in the room, no big deal. I used the a/c unit as white noise, but it was curious -- water heater, maybe?

Clean room, accommodating staff

Inexpensive, clean, perfect for my family. Best showerhead I've had in a hotel for quite some time.

Pull-out bed was especially bad; one of my kids wound up in my bed while the other one slept across the bed sideways. Shower was small.

The room was ok. But they overspray on the perfume deodorizer.

There is a women, at the front desk, that checked me into Budget Hotel. This women has absolutely zero people skills. I am a 68 year old man who deserves better than being humiliated in the front office. Especially when there was another, non-employee, in the office area while I was being scolded like a child for not checking out at exactly 11 am Saturday morning. I know the checkout rules there, and I was late in letting the female clerk in the office know that I wanted to stay another night. She immediately treated me with an attitude of distain, I told her that I did not like being treated like a child! She said, then don't act like a child!!!. I started to respond to her, but I stopped when she said, in a very narcissistic and smart mouth way. "look, you do not have to stay here, I can give you your money back. All the while grinning because she knew that they were the cheapest hotel in town and that I really had no other options. I am, going to write an account of this in the Coeur d'Alene Press and the Spokane Review, primarily because there will be other older and/or financially struggling people that need shelter for a night or two... And none of us deserve to feel less than..... People may not remember exactly what you said or did to them... But they will always remember how you made them feel..... Vic Grilli 3/13/2022

The location is very accessible to find whatever you need. Park, lake, shopping. Didn't do the Brkfst .

I stayed 6 nights I wish staff would have at least asked if I needed fresh towels or the trash taken out?

I tried calling the facility multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. I understand that check out is at 11 but I have never had a staff member come knocking on the door at 11:01 asking why we have not checked out yet and we only have 10 minutes until another night will be added onto our 1 night stay.
