Comfortable bed, good WiFi, standard complimentary breakfast, and very good heating in room.

Front entrance was broken and unable to be used, check-in staff wasn’t aware of how to complete my check-in and entrance wasn’t clear when arriving in dark.

There were BED BUGS! I woke up in the morning covered in beg bug bites. I should have know from the start, as the towels weren't folded and the bed had hair all over it, the room had clearly not been cleaned.

Both times we needed assistance, no one came to the desk for awhile. There was no toilet paper in our room, dead bugs on the bathroom floor, people sleeping in the lobby, paint chipping in the room, limited parking, entry way difficult to navigate uphill, no elevator. We stored our luggage, went to our event, then came back to the hotel and checked out and into a nicer, cleaner, friendlier location.

Omg this place is gross, i had problems since i walked in the door, first we check in come to our room and there was facial matter(poop) on the toilet seat that i cleaned myself, then we left went to the guardians game, came back went to take a shower and the shower was dirty on the shower selfs, the one towel was dirty and one had blood on it, theres double A batteries scotch taked up that operates the door? Dirty pillow case. terrible experience, the women who work the desk
