They over charged me for my mother coming to visit for 1 day with her service dog the a/c was broke there was blood on the sheets and the front door did not lock and we were gone for a full day and had no idea and not to mention that it was like that at night when we slept and they wouldn't give us discount or anything then after we checked charged us 200 dollars over for the dog and when we called manager about it he hung up on us.

I love that I could text with any questions or concerns. Staff responded within a couple minutes. Always accommodated.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.
The facility was humid and air units wouldn’t stay on, all our clothes smelled like smoke when we got home.

Not as clean as I would like. Carpet stained, shower not thoroughly cleaned, A/C unit very loud and not able to keep room cool.

The rooms and grounds seemed very clean and the room seem like they had been updated not that long ago
The layout of the bathroom was strange with the doorway, closing off to the bedroom area, but then no door in front of the toilet, so somebody couldn’t be in there getting ready because somebody was using the toilet or the shower. I just kind of odd that they put the door where they did and it never it didn’t open fully, which I thought was weird.

The breakfast was about the only good thing about the place, the staff never spoke or acknowledged you were there and was falsely informed about checking in and was told I would be charged a $40 early check in fee when I was told it was okay by a different staff member.
Was told the pool would be open when I called on the phone and when we got there it was closed

The heater didn’t work and it was cold. I wasn’t even offered a partial refund or a free night stay later or anything.
