Breakfast area was fine and clean.
Too many carbohydrates.

Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was just beige water. Room was clean but incomplete (see below).
One ice machine for guests, broken. Miserable WiFi connection. Mold growing from behind shower wall. No shower curtain, had to ask 3 times before we got one.

The staff were so helpful when there was an issue with the rooms I booked through Booking.com - the issue was on Booking's end, not the hotel's. The manager was helpful and spoke to Booking on the phone to ensure we got the rooms we needed. They even gave juice and snacks to my antsy kids to keep them occupied while I was working with the manager on the issue. So appreciated!

The bed and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is ok, though not that big of a selection.

Breakfast foods were well stocked on first morning. Things like pastries ,cereal, cream cheese, coffee (was always empty) and the pot in the lobby was cold. No variety in food stuffs.
Hugh piece a metal was sticking out of side of bed. Light needed new bulb on desk. Soap holder was lying on vanity in bathroom from tub. Marijuana Oder in hallway.

well at first I like the place till they took a extra $224.22 out of my bank account and tried to tell me I was still there …when I was back in NY been fighting to get my money back..will never stay here again and will tell all my traveling friends and family about the awful service…reached out 3 times spoke to tina all 3 times she told me manager Molly would call me back no call back..now my bank is putting in a dispute….horrible service

This is a lovely newly renovated hotel. It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Breakfast was ample and good. Location was right off highway. Very clean and quiet. A lot of effort is being put in to update/ renovate.
This isn't per say on the hotel but Bradford is a very old town almost run down. Neighbourhood is right downtown off highway and at times made us feel a bit uneasy but we didn't have any issues or problems.
