Located right off the highway
The setup of hotel has rooms in circular form where all floors/rooms go around the restaurant/bar. So its loud no matter what room you’re in. Hear people talking at all hours and plates being used or cleaned up etc.
Another annoyance was housekeeping just threw the trash bags over trashcan, not in it. We pay enough money for room, to not have to put trash bags in the trash cans!

Everything was clean and divine
We stayed on the 4 th floor and you could hear kids running around above us and outside the door like they were right inside the room. Not really enough sound proof for sleep

Location was good, right off the highway. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The property advertised breakfast included. That was not true. The breakfast was an additional charge. Vert disappointed!!

Great customer service everyone was very friendly. Staff were accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and the bedding was comfortable.
This hotel is not as clean as it once was. I was really disappointed. There was some black mold in certain areas. There was brown rust in the bathtub. I have stayed here several times and have never heard any one above me. But this stay as no NOISY. That was my biggest reason for always staying at this hotel. It was always quiet and clean. But no more. Very disappointed. I wish you would leave breakfast open until at least 10am or 10:30am everyday. Oh well.

All the noise from the other tenats next door slamming doors running up and down the hall. Kids alone in the halls making alot of noise

The pool was nice….
The room wasn’t exactly “clean”… found sprite bottles and trash under the bed. The refrigerator wasn’t working and the water from the tub came out brown… The restaurant/bar is definitely a nice touch, if it didn’t take 1hr for the food

toilet over flooded and we couldn’t use the bathroom for about 1.5hours it was inconvenient.
