Very helpful staff particularly Samson on reception. Central location. Comfy bed. Excellent shower

Wish the lobby was bigger for chatting with friends and guests. Rooms quite small and limited storage spaces for clothes. Glass sliding door didn’t completely close off bathroom. Gap at top.

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Atendimento cordial . Funcionários atenciosos. Gostamos muito do hotel, principalmente por sua localização, próxima de tudo.

A cafeteira apresentou problemas. Comuniquei a recepção, que enviou o funcionário da manutenção. Pelo que percebemos, só mudaram o plug para outra tomada , sem resolver o problema ou trocar o equipamento. Ficamos sem nosso cafézinho nos últimos três dias. Mesmo com essa questão mantenho uma avaliação geral muito positiva.

De los 2 ascensores un par de días solamente funcionó 1, por lo que había que esperar mucho para subir a la habitación. Un día no hubo agua caliente para ducharse y en invierno el agua es congelada por lo que fue imposible bañarse. No avisaron antes para tomar precauciones.

The room and the bed are comfort we got city view and location is very comfort near to Time Square too and the concierge very kind and help us to handle our suitcase both check in and check out time while me and my husband could not carry due to our back pain and my daughter's hand also got injured too really appreciate his help🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

it is the third time I have stayed at the Hotel, although the first time we had some general issues. All other times were perfect. the Hotel is clean, polite, all the staff and just 5 minutes walk from the Times Square

The hotel is awesome. But unfortunately they went after the first night to charge me 3 of my cards and unfortunately I had them locked and they couldn't withdraw money. They kept me a guarantee of 100 dollars, which had to be returned after check out in ten days at the most. After endless attempts, while they said that they returned the amount to my bank, the money never came, and of course, while they insisted that they had sent it, when we asked for proof, they never did. If you exclude this bad incident, the hotel was very good.

There was always a wait for the elevator.

I stayed here mainly for its central location. The beds were comfortable (a bit on the small side) and there were no issues with waiting for elevators. Rooms were relatively quiet on the 11th floor but I can imagine if you're on a lower floor it could be noisier with the road/traffic noise.

The cleaner definitely cannot count the right number of towels (we were always short). Parts of the room were not cleaned (sticky patch on floor that remained there the whole stay). I also left something in the safe after my stay and its taken almost 14 days to have any kind of correspondence about having this sent back to me - quite an appaling level of after care post stay that is farmed out to a third party which quite honestly is a farce.

During the morning, the housekeeping staff is a bit noisy as they go about their chores in the corridors.

The pillow is flat and uncomfortable, and the shower door can’t be closed. So the water spilled everywhere, also they put the shower gel outside the shower room

Hotel bem localizado, camas de casal confortáveis, cafeteira sempre com cápsulas repostas, frigobar e microondas operantes, banheiro amplo, staff simpático e ágil. Vários restaurantes no entorno e um italiano dentro do próprio hotel. Também possuem mercadinho emergencial na recepção. Oferecem copos de café e de chocolate quente cortesias na recepção na parte da manhã. Ofereceram guardar as malas no check out até a hora de aeroporto. Aceitaram receber encomendas da Amazon sem cobranças adicionais.

Banheiro com porta transparente afetando quem estava dormindo (a luz irradiava para o quarto todo). Limpeza deixou a desejar, não varriam o quarto (fiquei 8 dias com 2 crianças pequenas e aparentemente o quarto não viu vassoura nesse período). Esqueciam sempre que éramos 4 pessoas e só deixavam 3 toalhas no banheiro: diariamente eu tinha que solicitar a 4a toalha. Na reserva do booking, havia a informação de depósito caução de 100USD mas fizeram de 350USD mesmo eu falando isso. Nada que tenha atrapalhado pq coloquei no cartão de crédito e já fui estornada (em 24h do check out). A internet de alta velocidade é paga à parte mas oferecem internet mais básica para whatsapp e instagram já incluso no valor da diária.

La proximité avec Times Square. Le micro onde et la frigo dans la chambre ce qui est bien pratique. Proximité des bouches de métro. Longue attente aux ascenseurs à certaines heures.

Les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes (camions poubelles, klaxons). Le ménage n'est pas fait pendant le séjour. Même si les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et le lit fait, le sol est resté sale c'est dommage...

Location was excellent! Staff member was really kind and helpfull The cleaning staff was excellent! Excelent attention with the baggage.

The mini bar does not have any drink. We would like to have a Closet next time

The room size..the bedding..the pot smell in the elevator..the furnishings (or lack of)..couldn’t use my fire stick..the bathroom door..the pillows..the too small refrigerator (interior cubic inches)..the assistance with the billing after I got home

フロントマンのあからさまなアジア人差別 清掃スタッフの勝手な入室 最低のサービス NYでは沢山のホテルに泊まりましたが一番最低最悪のホテルでした。 日本でアパホテルに泊まった方がはるかに良いと言えるレベル。 ただ部屋が少し小綺麗なだけ。 部屋のクローゼットもかなり使いにくいし、ベッドの掛け布団が同じ金額帯のホテルの中でもペラッペラ ここは本当にヒルトンの名を名乗るべきではない
