Always clean, and very friendly staff.

The pool area seems to be falling into a bit of disrepair. The hot tub was cold, it was missing a lily pad, and some of the water features were not working.

The pool was amazing for me and my 9YO. Water features, slide, lily pads, water dropping from buckets, and the hot tub worked great. Receptionist was super kind with cookies waiting. Room (king suite - meaning there was a pullout couch) was spacious and clean. Needed a place to stay for the night with an early flight out in the morning and this was great. About 13 minute drive to the airport.

Had to leave at 4.30am to catch a flight, so missed breakfast - but that is our fault, not theirs. Great place and would stay again.

The rave party in the property just across the street made me feel unsafe. I would never stay here again. The staff and property were nice. I don't know how they fix the other businesses nearby.

They had issues with running both my cards. Turned out they were using wrong zip code. not sure whose fault that was, mine or theirs. but it cause a lot of anxiety.

This was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The decor is beautiful, the room was larger than most with nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked about dining options. The breakfast was very good and typical of most hotels. It was priced comparable to other hotels of this caliber. We chose it because of the reviews and were pleased we did.
