Big room.

Its a very tired hotel, absolutely not meeting value for money; likely we are being slugged for the summer increase. The pool was closed, as was the restaurant- apparently for renovations; there was no reno or construction activity seen, so suspect that it may be permanently closed. The location was inconvenient if without a car.

cleanliness and loitering Our room had blood in the sink and blood stains on the sheet and overall didn’t seem to be very clean found plastic tags scattered on the floor. We got in late from our flight and ordered dominos, at around midnight we hear a knock at the door and my husband opens it as I’m consoling our crying baby. A very eerie man is there asking my husband if that is our baby crying and he responds with yes we just got in and is very tired , he then proceeds to ask if he could take our baby for a walk to calm him down and have him go to bed , he says no and then man says he is very good with babies and he knows there is a “patio” behind our room we were in 317 and he would be there all night by our window incase we needed him to rock our baby to sleep…. this is bizarre and frightening! we told front desk the next morning and nothing was done. 3 ladies at the front desk who were not very helpful. The best part of our stay there was Sunny , he was so friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. We also were never notified the restaurant would not be open as that would have changed our decision to stay

This hotel was very close to the airport and a short walk from shops and restaurants. Walking trails can be accessed nearby, and a bus runs to Downtown from a nearby bus stop. The views of mountains and forest that surround the hotel made the stay extra special.

The staff at the front desk was awful. There were 3 people at front desk working on papers that didnt even glance up to address me. I finally asked if there was anyone that could help me and she waved at couch and told me to wait there. There was a group of men that were hanging out and they stated they had been ignored for an additional 10 minutes. RUDE and DISMISSIVE! It was probably change of shift, but really? Also, didnt have AC or if it was there, we couldnt figure out how to use it...

Clean.

HVAC was down throughout facility, but no one seemed to care. No sign. No warning. Just some fans. Gave us room over some kind of huge vibrating machine. Moved us to room with high pitched squealing machine outside window. Had to keep window open due to HVAC down. Fortunately noise ended around 10pm. Staff surly except for nice shuttle drivers.
