The location was the only reason we chose to stay the night here.

The refrigerator did not work, the blanket on one of the beds had stains on it, the elbow under the sink leaked, and ac unit did not provide any cold air. We were traveling across country and only stayed 6 hours before moving on.

. It was beautiful by indoor pool area. Manager quickly took care of problems with electricity and internet so no big problems for us

First they add 50 dollars to each card that was used to pay for any damages that might take place,another thing half the heaters in the rooms that some of stayed in didn't work we couldn't get any towels after they picked up the dirty ones

The location was good for what we needed. We were there due to our car breaking down. It was the closest to the repair shop. The staff was very friendly and had no problem with having to extend our stay. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and a Wal-Mart which was helpful. Most everything was within walking distance.

The room was very much in need of an update. There was a hole in the corner of the door, and only 1 hanger in the whole room. The bed wasn't too bad but the pillows sucked. It was very hard to keep the room warm so we were cold for most of the trip. They advertised an indoor pool bbut it was empty and locked up. Would have been pretty if it was open.

Massive brown spots on ceiling above sink; mold maybe? No smoke detector, just the mounting bracket. phone on table but no cord to attach to wall. Freezer in bad need of defrosting. Door was very hard to lock. pillow case was dirty.

Close to my family's homes. Quiet. Breakfast was waffles, toast or cold cereal. Coffee was out of regular every morning. Did have decaf. Had in room coffee but didn't replace used coffee packets. Replaced towels and emptied trash once in 3 night stay.

Replacement of coffee and trash puck up each day. Needs a bit of repair. Carpet worn and door finish was off half of door

mgr & staff didn’t announce breakfast time ending to allow those at breakfast talking to get anything more before cleanup. milk was refused when requested

Pool needed a working water pump and chlorine.

only had two rooms available and both were smoking rooms and the one I chose smelled just like an ash tray!!

There was no coffee pot and there was some more stuff that I would not like to say in the room that did not belong to me

I made the mistake of not planning my trip to stop either in Ft. Smith or Oklahoma City. This was the only hotel that said "Pet Friendly". It charged a reasonable $25 fee. When I arrived the desk clerk said they only hsd one pet friendly room. He also charged me a random $50 deposit for no apparent reason. Pet friendly means you get a filthy room witth excessive damage. I took photos in case they didn't return my $50 deposit. The gap under the door was almost one inch. I took a towel and put it under the gap to keep out bugs. The tub was fairly new but the shower stall was stained and dirty. Threadbare towels and sheets. There may have been better rooms available if you aren't traveling with your pet.
