It was a great price and a convenient location. Loved that they were pet friendly! The staff was incredibly kind. They also had ice cold water available in the lobby!
Not the cleanest of places, but it wasn’t super dirty!

Location was perfect! Check-in staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great, we just timed it wrong for the crowd. Good meeting spot for our families to get together annually.
The pool was cold. Our refrigerator was dirty. There were numerous kids in the breakfast area that had no respect or decency for the space. Our room set up was odd, the two queens side by side does not help to turn the tv and then reflects from the mirror

Facility was clean and didnt have a "hotel" scent.
The heater in the pool didnt work so it was freezing. My shower in my room was dirty. You can tell they dont clean the showers the floor of the shower was black and the walls were full of old soap. Breakfast was good. We didnt like the turkey sausage because thats just not what were used to or eat. But everything else was good. Had a nice variety to chose from! Pillows were very uncomfortable.

kids were running up and down the halls all night and we couldn’t use the pool area due to one of the people on staff having a family member in there with a bunch of kids and they were throwing a football back and forth

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic!! Everything was clean and comfortable.
If you did not pay for wifi than it was very slow and hard to use.

It was a nice hotel.
Apparently, someone was smoking pot on our floor. when our room was cleaned, they claimed it was us and charged us $100 cleaning fee. MY HUSABND AND I DO NOT SMOKE POT!!! I called back to have the charge removed from our credit card. After much back and forth conversation, management agrees that we weren’t guilty. However, they claimed we would always be on “the list”. Whatever the heck that means. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HAMPTON INN EVER!!!!!!!

All hotel personnel including night clerk were very friendly and cheerful.
Breakfast was good and the area spacious.
Room was large.
Convenient location right off highway but was quiet at night

our room certainly wasn’t cleaned, being that we found Rx pill bottle and a pill on floor!!!
