all was perfect … i read complains about the noise but honestly parties close every time at midnight and then the place become calm … unless you want to sleep at 21:00 this is not an issue at all

The room as large, well air conditioned with a mini kitchen. The location was accessible to South Beach and Sunet harbor with a new pedestrian bridge. Lots of restaurants too.
The TV didn't work well but not a big deal.

The Staff was wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping and the bartender Hector. Combined they made our stay spectacular.

I liked that they provided a bike for the guests, and beach towels, as well a good breakfast selection.
I didn't like that other guests were smoking on balconies near other rooms.

Super comfortable bed with 6 pillows, not the usual thin two pillows provided by most hotels. Air conditioning was excellent, does not automatically cut off like many American hotels. Staff are very helpful, friendly and cheerful.
Noise could be limited after 2300hrs from bar.

it’s a lovely boutique hotel with the bar frequented by locals and great entertainment. it’s much better than the other gay hotel in south beach and has a personal feel to it
struggled to get a consistent good night sleep due to other residents being noisy - I’d recommend asking for a quiet room if you are particularly a light sleeper

Love this hotel, have stayed a few times each time is just get's better and better.
This time we used some of the free bikes to explore the local area. Also went to the onsite bar to watch Rupaul, they gave out free popcorn, and shots!
Win win win!
