The location was fantastic along with the roof top pool. The view from our room was very beautiful
It seemed like no one checked the room and made sure it was prepared for guests. There was a moldy smell, the bed was not comfortable. We couldn't use the spa tub because yellow water was coming out of it, the rerigerator snd the Espresso machine were broken and on top of it all the ac broke the last 3 days we were there. The first night the brought us a fan and the next night we finally demanded to be switched to another room at 10pm after waiting all day for the technician to fix it. They switched us to a smaller room but didn't credit us the difference of rooms. They did refund booking.com 1 night stay but we have not seen that credit either

The location and the breakfast are TOP!
The deposit was charged to my creditcard. Tomorrow 2 weeks ago we left the hotel and the 200 dollar deposit has still not been reimburst! There is absolutely no reason to not pay us back.

Lacking in small details like nice higher-end toiletries. in fact there was no soap in the shower at all. Restaurant was sub-par for breakfast for the high price compared to others on the strip for similar price.

Location is fabulous. Right on ocean drive but a bit away from the rowdiness. Lovely breakfast. Quiet room. Good to have the pool.

On other hand South beach is loosing the "charm" and energy that it used to have.

it was very noisey, doors inside the hotel keep you awake due to slamming. walls paper thin so you hear ever conversation. We were moved to a suite in the top floor and although the door slamming wasn’t an issue the music outside goes on until 1am

the tvs doesn’t go up high enough. the windows wouldn’t open not even cracked, need up to date beach chairs, beach equipment hard to sit in

perfect location, ocean drive is a best place to stay I would say, couple of steps to the beach, towels u get from the hotel and sun beds or umbrellas u have to buy by guys there if needed. staff is really nice, waitresses in the restaurant r very kind. thanks for amazing service once again! restaurants and bars all over the area. if u walk around, u can visit an española way, nice experience. coffee machine in the room, nice service. pool on the roof, if u like.
only thing we really didn’t like - AC in the hotel. that was really low. feel freezing when u coming in, all the way to your room and there as well. that should be higher.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful! The staff was amazing and friendly! The location was perfect right on Ocean Drive surrounded by shops and beautiful scenery and amazing restaurants!!! We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay!!!
