Great Location. The beds were So Comfortable. Housekeeping comes by Daily,(not all places do that anymore) and the breakfast was Good. lots of great choices. will def stay again in future

It was vary clean

The room was extremely clean and very cool (good thing) when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of plugs in the room to accommodate all the charging we had to do with phones. The air conditioner and heat both worked wonderfully due to quick weather changes it was able to cool and heat our room pretty fast.

The floor tile in the restroom was missing caulk in places causing a few of tiles to click when you walked on them. We didn't particularly like the sink being separate from the restroom. Could hear people walking above our room but overall, the room was fairly quiet.

3 night stay- I requested my room be cleaned twice, neither time did my room get cleaned. I had to go down for clean towels, trash bags and toilet paper. front desk really didn’t care that this happened

Clean. Great staff! I left an item in my hotel room and they called me and they were making arrangements to have it mailed back to me. Great customer service!

Everything was great! The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the wait staff were very diligent in their duties. Other than the manager the trip was good.

The manager accused and threatened to charge my card for smoking in the hotel . Along with saying that "i bet that card isnt even in your name" . Now i dont want to say that its not her job to be a card fraud detective . But it did come off as racist in her approach. She also made a loud statement in the lobby when we spoke with her. " i dont have monkeys flying outta my ass!!" When we assured her that what she suspected of us was untrue. As having dealt with some unkind charaters in the past we let her have her say, as she was becoming agitated the more we spoke with her almost as if she was angered that we didnt flee to find another hotel. This was our first night there . With all of this considered, the overall location and staff other than the day manager whom we encountered was great. But with her first impression of the town of san angelo unfortunately i will not be returning to that particular location in the future. In case you were wondering she was a middle aged Caucasian woman with brown short curly hair and glasses
