I don’t like the staff service and also the pool wasn’t working

The rooms

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, location was great and staff was friendly

Kid running up and down the hallway yelling & slamming doors, our bathroom had a bunch of built up hair and dirt on the floor and bathtub/shower had a lot of soap scum build up and just didn't look clean at all (definitely needs upgrading). Also the hot tub was not on and both it and the pool were way to cold to be in........... total bummer because that was a main reason for picking this hotel.

Location breakfast and staff were wonderful. Eating area was nice, clean and well furnished

Room needed work, lamp looked beaten up. Stains on curtains. Tub would not drain when taking a shower(gross) did not have time to complain and hotel was full. Noise all night on Saturday till 4 in morning, sounded like drilling in wall of bathroom, very strange. Again, I just wanted a place to sleep and did not want to wake up the rest of my family to call downstairs. It might have been an animal in the walls? It was like someone had a butter knife cutting drywall at times. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was extremely spacious and had all conveniences of a full kitchen.

The pool was closed because chemicals were not correct so our girl was disappointed but it happens. The carpet near the entrance of the room was very worn and pulled back and fabric on couch and chair in room are in need of some deep cleaning.

It was very clean and spacious

They charge for parking and it is no where in their website

The location was perfect and nearby restaurants and stores. The hotel was clean and accommodating.
