They did not have our reservation on arrival. The room we were able to get was poor. The staff was uncaring and had no grasp of the English language. The worst experience I have had at a motel.

the young man behind the desk was very nice. there was a restaurant right across the parking lot. it was right off the interstate.
they advertise breakfast, but it “has been suspended because of Covid.”. seems like an excuse to me. everywhere else I stay has resumed breakfast service. the whole area seems a bit run down. I was going to get ice from the machine and it was disgusting.

Nothing.I am very disappointed. We travelled with 3 kids and choosed the hotel because it had breakfast, but when we arrived they told us the breakfast service was suspended and didn't give us any option. I feel cheated because when you travell with kids breakfast included is the main point to choose a hotel. They didn't treat us well.

The room was clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The curtains completely blocked out outside light, unlike most places. Well lit parking.
Using COVID as an excuse to still not have breakfast is one of the most lazy things I've ever seen. Your website should not show there is breakfast available if this is not the case. You could not change the temperature on the AC unit, so if you put it on cool it was a blizzard and if you put it on heat it was a sauna.

The smell of marijuana when you walk in..the guy at front desk didn't act like he wanted to be there.. elevator not working and charged 100.00 deposit not saying that online.. so we didn't stay

window didn't close properly had a small gap, didn't feel safe at night.

This property is currently under construction. I stay here several time before the storm it’s not worth the 92 dollars until it’s finished.Hopefully it can be restored

Tv wasn’t working, flat pillows , room smelled like mold, had a pan under the ac unit for leakage! Overall wasn’t a good stay!

Everything but the cleaning!, there was some papers towels behind the nightstand and some dried mud right by my bed.

No breakfast, they stopped the service.
The cleaning lady harassed us well before checkout time, even with Do Not Disturb sign up. I have an elderly family member, with us and it was appreciated.

Ease of access and nearby stores and restaurants was top notch.
The room smelled of smoke when checking in. There was a bug squashed on the wall by the tv. Lots of dust but that was probably due to the ongoing construction. The location on Google maps is off by one building which led to believing there would be a pool and there was not.
