Spit balls on picture and wall,nut shells and nuts on the carpet

Took 59.00 for amenities, didn’t use a thing? Need my money back

The staff was very efficient. The breakfast facility was spacious and had many choices of food to choose from. The bed was so comfortable!

I was charged 2 $50 damage fees on my credit card. I pray that those will be removed.

This location had a great breakfast! It was fully stocked and the staff was friendly. Plenty of hot options, eggs, biscuits gravy and oatmeal!

Comfortable and good location

They were remodeling the floor we stayed on so there was a lot of Sheetrock and debris on the cartpet in the hallway.

The breakfast was good the location was good I liked the hot cereal bacon eggs biscuits

Could have had bananas apples and berries daily I did not like the gravey

Upon arrival the hotel didn't have the room I had booked (2 queen beds). The effort to convert the reservation to a king bed was a total fail on both ends. The agent for Booking.com was barely able to speak English which contributed to the difficulties. The hotel clerk had trouble converting the reservation from two queen bed to a king bed. The end result of this fiasco was that I had to pay for a new room because of these failures. The episode took an hour and twenty minutes to finally get checked in.

The rooms really need to be updated. It Looked clean but it also looked old run down.
