Very clean and comfortable. Good coffee and all the things you need to make meals.

A little drafty so it got cold at night. Did use the space heater though.

Needed more than just one mirror.

Sheets were dirty, we had to take care of our trash and dishes. No staff available.

We very much prefer talking with people. Stay was OK but disappointed to have to do it ourselves. Like talking to checking people to see where to eat, what to do. And we had trouble getting hot water in sink in bathroom. Had hot water in shower.

We wo u like not have stayed if we knew we wouldn't see smiling face when we got there

The location was great. Restaurant on site was very handy. We enjoyed the vibe ofKanab.

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, large bathroom, equipped kitchen, attached to wonderful restaurant. Quaint and will visit again

The room had everything we needed. A small little kitchen with a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bathroom had a lot of storage for our things and an amazing shower with a pull-down shower head. I loved that we could park right in front of our room, and they key was waiting for us in a lock box. Super convenient. The location was great, close to several really good restaurants.

There was something in the room that made a slight noise all night. Might have been the AC unit or the refrigerator. For a light sleeper this might bother you.

We really like the privacy or Room 22. It felt like we were in our own place and not a motel. The space was nice and it was well stocked. The gardens were very nice and saw lots of honey bees and a hummingbird!

Its fairly central in Kanab allowing for plenty of great places to eat within reasonable walking distance. Very clean and tidy, well lit and easy to adjust temperature for comfort.

The room was clean, the beds weer good and the room was spacious. In the first room, the shower didn't work, but the host gave us a new room (which was even more spacious).

The room was clean, cute, and located centerally within walking distance of many stores and restaurants.

The room was fabulous! Wonderfully decorated! Quite a surprise how quiet and comfortable it was and extremely neat and CLEAN!

Th e door lock and code box both had issues- Suggest that the door is redone with new knob. ZLuckily a gentleman on the property got the lock box opened for us to retrieve the door key. Different thicknesses for pillows on beds- I like a flat pillow as have neck issues and had to bring my own in as aLL PILLOWS WERE TOO FLUFFY FOR ME.

The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Check-in was completed online and the room was accessed with a lock box on the door. Missed having an interaction with real people. With the mini kitchen there was place to hang anything up.
