it’s all about the beds and aromas at this hotel, location is great and right in the mix of all that uptown has to offer, lots and lots of walkable places to go

The hotel was changing all the locks on all the guest rooms throughout the property. It was a loud project and they came knocking at 10am on Saturday morning. This was an unfortunate distraction to our relaxing holiday weekend morning. It is strange they chose Saturday morning for this project.

Food was delicious and they had large portions. We did not make reservations but never had to wait for a seat for breakfast or dinner. Would highly Recommend the restaurant. Valet was very prompt and polite.

The walls were paper thin, we were woken up several times from people getting off the elevator and going to their rooms past midnight. Then we could even someone coughing all night in the room next door. We booked this for the cute pool but it was so small there were no spots to sit, I feel like they should open up the reserved areas if they aren’t booked if they are that busy, so the guests can sit. The reserved area stayed empty the entire day.

location and they had complimentary rides within one míle.. could walk every where to restaurants, bars, museums. loved location .. room service available late which was my favorite thing !!!
