Our room had a few issues, 1st the bathroom sink would not drain, 2nd the pillows need replacing. But, bed was comfy and big nice shower!

The hotel was quiet, food was great, bed was firm but super comfortable.
The only issue I had was my floor in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned n a while, the showers definitely need to b updated. And the pool and hot tube need an upgrade. Only 1 jet worked n the hot tube and it needed to b hotter.

There was only 1 towel and no washcloths when we arrived in our room. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper.

The staff was super friendly, attentive, and the breakfast was delicious!!
Despite having reservations, because "the system was down," we had to wait about 20 minutes for our room, there were no towels in the room, we ran out of toilet paper with no extra rolls in the room, the ice maker on the third floor wasn't working, it sounded like a dance party was going on just above us in the middle of the night, the chair made of fabric in the room looked filthy, and the first thing we saw upon entry to the room was a large area of the carpet (where it met the laminate) was ripped up. Certainly not a good way to make a first impression.

The swimming pool was nice.
One of the mornings there was no eggs, potatoes, sausage and the waffle mixture container did not work. The staff could not tell us anything because she did not speak English. Also that same morning there were no clean towels. When asked at the front desk they said the kitchen is not their problem.

My room was dirty. Dirty sheets thrown in the corner of the closet. 2 bags of trash in the closet as well. Floors were full of food crumbs. Floor sticky from drinks being spilled.
I went to front desk to ask to be moved to a new room.
That room had food crumbs on the floor.
How filthy the room was. I didn't even want to stay, but I was traveling 9 hours & needed to rest.

the elevator went out. I was staying on the third floor ready to check out. I couldn’t leave and walk down three flights of stairs as I was traveling with two dogs, bags and my son in law and I had a bad back. so we waited for about 45 minutes until they could get it going again.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating it’s close to shopping and several restaurants.
I booked a larger room because I have three grandchildren that I keep when I stay there and my daughter was staying with us. Apparently the cleaning lady left in the middle of cleaning the room so they had to offer me a smaller room which did not accommodate me and three children plus another adult. I book hotels with indoor swimming pools when it’s cold so that the grandchildren can play but the heater was out and the pools freezing so they couldn’t swim. I ended up leaving the hotel and going and booking another room at another hotel. I tried to contact booking to try to get a refund but the phone number that they have on the website goes to a life alert company so I could never contact anyone to try to get my money back.
