I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. The rooms are nice, clean and quite a value for a large room. The breakfast was very nice and a very good variety of food. The area is not this best but it was good for us because it was close to the hospital that we were going to the next day.

The area doesn’t have restaurants within walking distance.

They allow smoking on the rooftop deck shown above. Guests and hotel workers alike smoke there. It is foul.

Asked for a quiet room during reservation and received a confirmation. Ended up being assigned a noisy room right next to a highway with 24/7 traffic noise. Louder at night when motorcycles and cars raced by continuously. Spoke with the front desk and was told that they had no other room available. 2nd night someone checked in upstairs and spent the next couple of hours jumping, running, and moving things around. Poor sound barrier/ insulation made the noise traveled easily. Couldn’t get any good sleep. Called the front desk twice but they didn’t call the upstairs occupants. Saying that they should “settle down”. Not sure if booking.com actually communicated my ask for a quiet room to the hotel. It was a miserable stay at this location for my family.

Sofa bed too soft. Room didn't provide electrical kettle, while the hot water in the cafe tasted like stale coffee and the bottled water was overly charged.
