Relaxing right on beach, gorgeous rooms, fabulous pool, excellent staff, peaceful, clean clean!

Loved the room layout. Lots of pillows for the bed, bed was very comfortable. Free beach chairs, and bikes.

Interior of the room and amenities are excellent, views are great and really close to the beach. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, parking is free and relatively easy.

Everyone was really nice. My house keeper was really nice and really went out of his way to make my room look really nice. The rooms are really nice. I liked that you had access to free bikes.

I have stayed here prior to Icona taking over this hotel. the rooms used to have a kitchen nook they no longer have them. My suggestions to have access to frozen foods that you can put in the microwave on the premises. Also I know they are still under construction but people need mirrors in their bedroom so you can see how your outfits look prior to going out and an Iron in the room. I was not sure if the Icona was making their establishment all inclusive but it does get expensive for families with children to go out and eat every day.

super friendly with nice pool and great macaw in the lobby. having suite rooms for kids with proper Queen sofa bed was perfect.

felt a bit unfinished in some areas which was understandable given they are refurbishing it. high resort fee!

newly remodeled

The facility was gorgeous! Picked as I knew it was newly renovated - and it was even better than I expected. The pool was clean, and inviting, the beach was nice however, didn't realize how crowded it was going to be.

The air conditioner in our room started off cool, but it got hot at night and had to keep readjusting the thermostat. Wished the trash can in the living room, eating area was a bigger size. We wound up bringing in a 30 gallon trash bag to meet our needs. Other than that, everything else was excellent!

Place was beautiful and clean with easy access to the beach It also had bikes to loan out during the day which I thought was A+ The pool was great and clean with towels and beach chairs to borrow for the beach

it was bran new loved the decor and vibe, there needs to be wet bar in room so you don’t have to use bathroom sink to make drinks and coffee. and breakfast should be included with this price it’s a resort.

not once did housekeeping ask if we needed anything we stayed four days. I used booking to book and your website has the rooms description completely wrong which was a huge inconvenience

It was very clean grounds and room. When the pool was working it was very nice. The complimentary coffee was very good. The towel service at the pool was nice as well as the complimentary chairs that you could borrow for the day at the beach. You could also have borrowed bikes ( we did not because our kids were too small for the bikes).

They are still renovating the hotel. There is no toilet paper holder for the bathroom got a little annoying looking for the roll. The day we got there the pool looked green but the staff reassured us it was good to go in the kids wanted to go swimming jumped in turned my nieces hair green. Next day pool was unavailable to swim in closed for the next two days. Which was upsetting being that the heated pool was one of the reasons we booked there. Finally opened on the day we were leaving. Missing furniture in some rooms, wires hanging out of the wall.

Beautifully renovated, big, clean rooms. We also liked being able to use hotel beach chairs, the pool and the bed, it was so comfortable! The furniture around the pool and 2nd floor sitting area is very comfortable.

The elevator is very slow and small. There are no chairs to sit outside of the room. Even though there are a few outdoor seating areas, which are very comfortable, we would have liked to just sit out on the balcony.

Hotel is beautiful, the rooms very quiet, excellent small kitchen, nice beach chairs and towels if needed. Balcony was nice.

If we didn't have a discount it would have been expensive, but a wonderful place to stay I hope to stay again next year.

My family had a wonderful stay. Anna at the front desk was warm , pleasant and helpful. She made our stay wonderful!

The Regal Plaza Inn was clean, pleasant with nice views. We arrived early and the hotel attendant went of her way to find me a bathroom to use since there are no bathrooms at the pool. It was very close to the Icono Inn where we enjoyed afternoon music and drinks. The living room was not comfortable but spacious and not unpleasant. the refrigerator was new and spacious.

They need to put in a bathroom by the pool. I had to run up to the third floor to go to my room.

Cleanliness of room, location-close to beach access, parking garage. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Liked having an actual key to the room too. Kitchen was well stocked-upgrades were nicely done-nice refrigerator.

10 am checkout is too early especially if no breakfast is available close by. 11 am checkout would make a huge difference.

The maid service was good.

Didnt like where my room was. It faces the condos next door. My view was condos, parking lot and cars. Stayed there 2 years ago on the north side of the building.it was great. Didnt remember there was a south side or i would have requested the north. I should have been told . Ad says ocean view. If you stood up against your window all the way to the right up against the wall you could see about 2 feet of ocean. Ruined part of the wildwood experience that i have enjoyed since i was 8 years old.

We patronized the restaurant! Service great food delicious Room small but knew it! Clean with a non rug floor a plus for us! Location the best! Ty
