Nothing. The whole experience was terrible
Wrong room, no customer service, the General Manager Daniel was rude and lied. I felt no help from the hotel or from booking. All i got was 2 hours of wasted time.. too many issues to type out

Staff very supportive, helpful. Good beds, nice room.
We ordered the hotel for the pool to cool down and relax, but it was closed. So sad. The laundry also did not work, but the staff cleaned and dried the laundry for us. Thanks!
