It’s never clean have to clean everything

The room smells really bad like smoke, the floor you can see it they didn't mop it, the mirror kind of dirty, the bed very unconfterble, the pillows are the worst thing ever!!!! And it supposed to be 4 pillows not three, I will never come to any Econo Logde again in my life . very disappointing and unsatisfied.... You guys needs a lot of improving to do...

The mattress need to be flipped The furniture needed to be dusted The remote control batteries need to be changed The door frame need repairs..too much outside air coming in Need to replace the curtains...holes from smoke or dry rot Floors didn't look clean at all Telephone did not work at all Electrical outlets..not enough access Tooo bad I paid in advance for 2 nights For the price paid; please take some major funds update, upgrade.

I had problems with the once I noticed it didn’t come on. The first attendant was very helpful.. However the third shift person refused to get off the phone to assist me and refused after complained that I was upset about the heat not working.

EVERYTHING. the staff was rude. the room did not have a smoke detector in it only wires hanging out the wall. the beds were hard and the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns and rips in them. blow dryer didn’t work nobody would answer the front desk phone when called. the washer didn’t work and the dryer half worked.door did not have a seal around it had to put a chair for safety against it .

The rooms smelt like nothing but a bar. We had to move rooms twice before we just left altogether!! Staff WAS friendly though.
