Convenient to the freeway. It’s our midway stopping point when traveling from AZ to Mammoth Lakes twice a year. Many restaurant choices nearby and a good breakfast in the morning.

It has a nice space. Kitchen area as well.restroom space is perfect.

Trying to use the cable tv. The walls inside the hotel were missing panels. I’ve seen other hotels with a wall from the bedroom area from the living space. Also, maybe place an ac unit near the bed. It’s also not the best look from the property in front of the hotel. And the gym and pool aren’t easily accessible, from where I stayed.

The breakfast had a good selection and the hotel was in a good location. It was next to Costco and walking distance to Panera for my morning coffee.

Our first room had a broken sleeper sofa, and it wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was delicious.

the room was excellent. Clean, had breakfast and mimosas, staff was wonderful.

location mostly and it was a suite room concept with kitchen although we only stayed for 1 night.

the bathroom sink was draining very slow, we didn’t report because it was just a one night stay and we made use of the kitchen sink instead. but someone should look into the bathroom sink drainage. that’s why I only gave a 9 star instead of 10 star.

at beginning it was pleasant than found bed bug your customer service guy said you were aware of the problem n nothing has been done to correct this issue I am aware 2 other guest complaint about this issue!!

bed had bed bugs Tina at check in coated us a price if we extend our stay from 3 nites to six but when I went to extend my stay price doubled in price so I had to move to a different hotel ! No customer service very disappointed !!!! I am requesting a refund for at least one or 2 nights for my inconvenience I do have pictures if you would like them !!!!!!!!!!

Nice location near restaurants

The facility and the staff. They were very accommodating to my needs.

This has always been our favorite hotel, and we usually have an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, this latest trip was not as great.

First, we booked a one bedroom suite and were given the other room where everything is adjoined. I knew the hotel was booked, so I didn't think a room change was possible. I wanted a room with a tub- no tub in this room. The elevator was broken. All the ice machines were being serviced so I had to hoof it down to the front desk. I asked if housekeeping could bring another bucket of ice up to our room- never saw the ice. The room had 1 fork for eating. All the drawers kept opening on their own and we would run into them at night going to the restroom. ALL the drawers- it was odd. Just wasn't a good visit this time.

Outdoor trash was not collected at adequate intervals.

The room was nice and comfortable. breakfast was more than what I expected.

The surrounding area is really dark. not too many street lights.
