Room not ready. Toilet bowl was very dirty from last guest. Key card from last guest and notes from Last guest on desk

Nice people working there. They even called me after checkout because I had left an item in the room.
Dirty room as far as dust and old furniture. Breakfast would run out of everything and was not tended to. Looked like the person at the front desk was doing everything, including tending to the breakfast area.

No salt and pepper, waffle maker out of order, juice dispenser out of order, otherwise it was fine.

The staff are what sets this hotel out from the others in the area. In every interaction here they went above and beyond.
The pool was out of action, but, for a change, there were actually people working on it, as opposed to other hotels that just put up a closed sign. We will be back.

Nice staff, nice rooms with microwave and fridge.
Only complaint was that you can hear everything from the rooms above, kids running, heavy foot steps, doors closing..

location was convenient. staff was welcoming and friendly breakfast was good and offered variety of options.
Bed comforter had dried blood and snot on it. Carpet frayed and dried food and stuff on chair. Pool out of order. hot tub out of order. Bath mat was clean, but stained.

My buddy had got this hotel once and I liked it so every time I go to Artesia NM I get a room here plus the swimming pool is great I liked everything about this place always have
What I didn’t like was that I called asked about pool then I got there it was out of service they could of just told me it was out of order 🙄 my kids were sad they couldn’t swim and that was the main reason we got a room there

Room was not clean , bathroom was not clean and they didn't tidy up the room or did not bring clean towels for the 2nd night.

The location of the Hotel is out on the far west side of town, which is somewhat out of the way for most people traveling for work. Floors needed a good vacuuming, but working men make messes. Besides that, the property is in good shape, the room was nice, bed was extremely comfy, a/c was a little noisy but no worse than anything else most of us have dealt with.
Door card was hard to get to work. my room door was already open when i first got to it. Luckily i travel light and keep my valuable items with me at all times. Elevator made a very ominous noise, but who couldn't benefit from climbing some stairs?

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with a couple of things that came up. 🙂
I was assigned a joining room which I could hear the gentleman on the other side of the door. 😕
Thr fridge needed to be defrosted, which I ended up doing this on the 1st night. It started making a noise . It was replaced quickly the next morning by the maintenance gentleman which also assists with some housekeeping duties. I noticed some great teamwork during my stay. 🙂

We checked in late (around midnight) and reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great! We could not have asked for a better stay.

The room was in disrepair and I was awakened by the maid staff arguing very loudly outside my room!

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was incredible, definitely better than most hotels. The WIFI speed was better than most hotels as well.
I liked pretty much everything.

The room was good and the hot tub was nice. the breakfast had a lot of options.
The hallways and elevator floors were stained and seemed dirty.
