I was pleasantly surprised! I expected an older motel from the views of the exterior. When I arrived I noticed the exterior was very well maintained, so when I went to the check in desk I was greeted by a very friendly manager. When I viewed my room I was amazed at how it more than met my expectations.......very upgraded and comparable to high-quality, more expensive motel chains. I always look for a comfortable bed, and the bed I slept on was very comfortable.....maybe more so than what I sleep on at home. I highly recommend staying here!

Extra $100 security deposit: The TV did not work at all: The ac / heater was extremely noisy.

A very clean, comfortable, and well furnished room. Reasonable priced. Good location.All the amenities one can expect at the price I paid.

No refunds for cancellation .Once I booked the property sent me a message stating check in isn’t until 4PM.A $100 deposit would also be required.

I didn’t try the breakfast. The setting was not inviting. I’d rather have a recommendation for a good restaurant.

It’s an older property and looks it. Owners have made honest efforts to modernize but it’s outclassed by the national chains. The building itself is poorly designed.

Fun community and very fitting property within the feel of the Cedar City “family”.

I had to switch Hotel at the minute I entered the room. Bathroom wasn't clean, trash was full and the door could not close.

Cheapest room I could find in cedar city but rooms were clean, smelled fresh, and worker was available to check me in at 2am. Super satisfied

The room appeared to be clean and there was a breakfast (mini waffles, cereal yogurt). It was a nice room and you could park right outside your room.

I booked the room on Booking.com and prepaid $80.16 upon arrival they put a $70 hold on my card and I was told it would fall off after check out. 4 days later the charge processed. so it took me 8 days to get the money back and there was no mention of this charge in their hotel policies I checked. I understand some hotels have this policy and had I know this was the case I would have chosen another hotel. They advertise a cheap rate but I ended up have a 150.00 invested in this room where I could have stayed at the motel 6 for $62. I was traveling across country this put me in a spot. The pillows appeared clean but one of the 4 had a heavy sent of perfume on it. The hotel was at the far end of town and not well lite which made it difficult to find at night. If you check in past 10 pm there is a $20 charge.

What you get for your price. The jovial and helpful staff. The ideal private ambience of your accommodation.
