very good location and staff was friendly and helpful
doors to the rooms were extremely loud when closed so everytime someone on our floor left or came in their room, our whole room shook and woke us up all night!

Very well cared for. Friendly staff, a nice fresh breakfast each morning, and good location for us. It was right next to an old closed run down shopping mall but we felt safe. Traffic in the area was not bad.

The facility location is ideally located for ease of access. The staff was kind and engaged each guest.
Upon entering the facility the lobby area was clean and well maintained. The elevator was extremely dirty, appearing as though it had not been vacuumed in months. For example, the edges were so dirty they were gray. Our room appeared to have been poorly cleaned, the sink was dirty, ran slow, and the floors were unkept. It’s was strange, our room was not cleaned or made daily while my extended family room on the 3rd floor was made each day.

Room needs deep clean, especially bathroom tile and shower. Hair on sheets.

The location was fine and the breakfast was adequate. We were encouraged when the host told us that our room should be quiet because we were on the top floor with nobody next to us.
We were disappointed to find that there were people right next to us and they were rather loud, but at least they quieted down around 10:30 PM, so it was fine. We waited quite a while for the hot breakfast food to be replenished and it was not at all crowded when we got down to eat (7:30 AM). If it had been busier I think there would have been plenty of unhappy people. Also, some police came while we were eating breakfast, but that was no fault of the hotel, just an unfortunate circumstance.

The hotel was close to the car dealership we were working with and close to US 20. It was also reasonably close to several restaurants.

Breakfast was just ok. The room and the staff were awesome. We intend to make Fairfield our go to spot every time we visit Waterloo.

The staff member who checked us in was great and super funny!! Bed was firm, loved being able to manipulate the temperature.
Bathroom could have used another wipe down I think. There were hairs in the bathroom/shower when we got there.
