Great location! Convenient to beach, shopping and parks.

Units need a face lift. Better and more furniture, sliding glass doors that actually close, more kitchen appliances (my unit had no microwave). Walls in elevator need to be repainted. Loud noise in kitchen corner wall from a/c units level below?

location was convenient, and it was clean and spacious. I left early every morning and arrived late every evening.

The location.

The wifi was terrible, really really bad for what I paid. They should fix it. Nice location but really crowded, and not many facilities, like no soap near for laundry. Really complicated to communicate with administration asking credit card scan and passport before. Really really complicated even though everyone is very nice. I think that with better internet and helping with some facilities things would be quite better.

Old building with poorly maintained sliding glass doors. Smelled really bad like mold the second you walk into the room. Ghetto vibes, certainly nothing you would expect in Key Biscayne.

WARNING DO NOT STAY Bee infestation. Dying bees on bed and all over the room. Bathroom has tape blocking the vents. Very dangerous for my allergic friend. Host didn’t care. Host tried to kick us out an hour early from our checkout time. Then told us they would kindly waive the late fees!!!!!! Not enough blankets, we got cold. Lights didn’t work in bedrooms and living room. TERRIBLE STAY WORST HOST EVER Booking.com didn’t have the power to refund us or do anything to penalize the host. Despicable

Everything could’ve been better it was absolutely nasty , they tape the bathroom vent up because they knew it was a bee nest under there , we was missing two beds sheets towels everything in there had stains on them , one cover had blood stains we asked for new sheets they didn’t provide them and Omg the roaches was huge size of a mice and was coming from under the bed everywhere kitchen counters bathroom sinks underneath I was completely scared and disappointed property manager was extremely rude then one min she say she the manager then the next she say she don’t can’t forget to mention her and her husband and kids or whoever that was on the gulf cart with her rode off and laughed and gave us the middle finger !!! Just a horrible place to stay the walls was dirty everything so dirty bathroom shower had hair everywhere in it from the previous people that stayed there this is the most horrible stay don’t stay here

Great location

Cockroaches in the room. I found black mold and mildew on the ceilings. Wifi connection was TERRIBLE. Slow connection and it kept going in/out

The size of the unit was good

The feel of the unit, peeling paint, grout missing, hard bed...just an old and worn feel. It was inexpensive and I felt that the value and feel of the unit unfortunately met the price.
