We had a nice, clean and comfortable room on the 2nd floor with a big window. The breakfasts are better than your average hotel breakfast. All staff we interacted with were very nice and accommodating.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at on this trip. It was a large room, very comfortable bed. Quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was attentive.

Breakfast was excellent, great food and good staff at breakfast.
The staff at the desk was okay. Not real friendly or helpful. I personally know the owner of the property and he would want to know that the staff could be more friendly and helpful. But they did do okay and the room was nice, clean and we will most likely be back.

My husband and I had to stay at the hotel because we were on a camping trip in Duschesne, and ended up needing to go to the ER in Roosevelt which was 50 minutes away. We decided to book a room here so we didn't have to travel back at 2AM. Thankfully a room was available. The room was great, front desk was amazing, only issue for me was housekeeping came pounding on our door at 8 AM and attempted to make her way into our room. Checkout time is not until 11. We were going on maybe 2 hrs sleep due to being in the ER, and when I opened the door looking like a hot mess, housekeeping was surprised we were still there. I asked if checkout time was 11 and she said yes. I let her know we would be checking out at 11. Long story short, I just think they need to pay better attention to who has actually checked out before pounding on doors. Otherwise, it was a good experience and their breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast is amazing and the pool is open 24 hours.
We were there over the Fourth of July weekend. We were told at check-in that breakfast would be until 10 AM because it was a holiday. The breakfast employees locked the room at 9 AM and wouldn’t let anybody in.
Also, When our room was cleaned, the garbage was emptied and the wet towels were removed, but replacement toilet paper was given, and the towels were not replaced and we felt like we had been forgotten.

It was very close to where we wanted to go while in Ballard. The continental breakfast was excellent and the cook was so friendly and nice.
The hotel was extremely noisy every night most of the night. The price was way too high for the accommodations and noise.

Mattress was poor.
Room was facing busy 4 lane highway so it was a little noisy.
Entry doors were often not secured.
Front desk was unattended over 80% of the time.

I liked it was new, clean and the staff were very nice.
Like most hotels the bed was very uncomfortable, they ran out of coffee during breakfast at 9:30AM and it was to close at 10:00AM.

The kitchenette is nice with a fridge and microwave.
The air conditioner is very loud and annoying. Very noisy hotel. People wouldn’t go to bed. Kept me and my family up all night. Maybe you should patrol your halls a little bit and have noise restrictions. 👎

Excellent breakfast. The room was stocked with plenty of towels. The black face cloth embroidered with “makeup” was a nice touch.
The rate was high for the room.

Great hotel. Nice location - easy drive to do local activities. Room clean with plenty of room. Friendly staff. Washer and dryer on site with supplies available to purchase. Nice pool.
