Location is convenient. Front desk employee ( do not know name) but she worked Thursday second shift and day shift on Friday - Sunday. Excellent customer service. Willing to help. Very personable. We say here on per year and she always remembers us.

Our friends had to be moved to another room because it had ants and the sink was slow draining and they didn’t take anything off on the price

The rude desk clerk when we checked in She made us wait while she doing something on the computer. Without acknowledging us. It took her about 20 minutes to complete her task. If hadn't already booked the room I would have left.I also didn't like the fact that no desk was on the desk when we checked out. I checked twice before we left and nobody was working. So left the key cards on the counter.
