A lot of nice amenities

We liked how clean it was. Liked the choices you got for breakfast. Very friendly staff. The room was very conformable. The bathroom was nice and big. Loved the way our room was set up with the towels and paper towels made to look like fans. I would recommend this hotel to any one.
That there wasn't any place for two people to sit down and eat together in the room.

It is as extremely clean and had a nice breakfast
The air conditioning system in the room was poor in the night the room got extremely hot this was room 412 I was informed it was motion sensor

Liked the location. Close to sandy shops.
The staff was not that helpful, our room was dirty, it just didn’t seem like anyone really cares that we were staying there. Felt like more of an inconvenience.

the hotel is very clean, rooms are very spacious and equipped for family skiing closeby.
the king bed was shaky so i lost alot of sleep. there are only two decent restaurants nearby. the highway side of the building is loud, difficult to sleep

We traveled a day early to beat the big storm and was able to get a room added to our 5 day visit. We have stayed at this location before and it has always been excellent. We had the Red Dodge Ram with the foot of snow in the parking lot ! The front desk was excellent.

I think the breakfast was ok. The fresh omlette stand was a treat. But staff was very cold and I can understand slamming doors at 9:30AM to close but this is not a school cafeteria. Stay open til 10 AM and be more friendly.
There seemed to be quite a few staff members and they were all hard at work but I had 2 staffers say hi-the rest were very unfriendly. Could it hurt to acknowledge me as a guest? As visitors, our first impression of a city are folks in the service industry so this is why it's important. The two staffers were men- a housekeeper and a maintenance guy.
