MOLD IN CEILING AND AROUND SHOWER AND RUST ON THE SLIDING GLASS CLOSET DOOR AND HOLE IN CLOSET AND NO CAULKING AROUND SHOWER HEAD BEDS NOT STURDY ROOM 1036 AND HALL WAY AND BALCONY SMELLED OF WEED AND MOLD. AND ELEVATOR WAS DOWN.

CLEAN THE MOLD AND RUST AND GET THE SECURITY TO SPRAY AIR FRESHNER IN HALLS AND STOP THE WEED SMELL IT HAS TAKEN OVER THE WORLD.

Only good thing about this place is the location.

Where do I get started….first off checking in is not 4pm it was more like 5:30pm when I had to complain to get my room. Second the room we got was not the room I paid for of an ocean front view room. Was told those are the Vrbo and rentals. Third the room was very dirty with sand all over the room floor. The towels we had were stained with spots and gross looking. The faucet did not turn off completely with also rust all over the bathroom. There was a fire sprinkler in the shower ceiling which did not understand, luckily it did not go off. Fourth was the roaches we found in the room that we had to kill so most of our food that we had in bags like chips we through out after opening. Fifth the pictures on website are totally not what is actual! Six the beds felt like a pull out couch bed with springs all in your back all night long. Seventh the mold on the ceiling and the walls which hopefully no health issues come from this. Lastly I hope people read the actual reviews of this place and either need new management or torn down and rebuilt!

Great view of the ocean. Staff very polite and helpful!! Great restaurant and bar on property!!! We had a great time and will be staying here again!!!!!!!!

The space

The people who live there thought it was a good idea to knock on the door and tell us her life story & tell us what to do in the suite we paid for

It was cheap and a good location. Indoor pool and hot tubs are great. I imagine the outdoor bar/restaurant and pool would be nice as well when weather permits.

The rooms are very outdated and beds very uncomfortable. They weren’t very clean either but for what we paid I could deal with it for two days.

I didn't like being on the very top floor with a new born my anxiety was through the roof

Old, disgusting and filthy. Missing lamp shades, broken bed, dusty. bathroom smelled horrible and the hangers had thick with dust and grim.

They did try to accommodate us by switching rooms several times

The room was nasty,could not get TV working,towel rack laying on back of toilet,wallpaper coming off,dirty floors,freezer in small refrig.was full frozen ice where it needed to be defrosted which caused free not to work good,o only 2 small light in bedroom area between the 2 beds going onto the 6 th floor where we stayed looked like a work place with big Ben's of stuff an dirty stuff.

I like the club and all of the staff was great

I didn't like the room that they gave me first so I went back down stairs and requested another one and that was really nice if I was to stay there again I would request that room
