the location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach. and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. the condo is beautiful, includes everything you could need and the beach chairs & body boards are a lovely touch.

Proximity to beach; close to Foodland; close to many food/drink options; so many extras available at this condo: boogie boards, coolers, beach bags, towels, chairs, tennis rackets; we used the BBQ that is available at the condos; close to an outdoor shower & pool. tennis court; washer and dryer in the unit! :)

Clean and stocked with everything a family would need. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Loved that there were beach toys/chairs/towels, etc…in the closet for guests to use.

This condo is adorable and more than well-equipped for your basic vacation needs. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies and utensils if you plan on cooking (we didn't) and the owner provided some Tide Pods for the washer (which was a nice and very appreciated touch). There is a beach right across the street that was wonderful. It was more of a local beach, so there were very few people and beautiful scenery. There is everything you can think of for the pool and beach inside the closets of the condo for your use (we didn't need them, but I can imagine if you have kids it would be a life-saver). The owner is also very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip. This would be an especially nice place if you do have a longer trip booked.

There were a few random bugs in the condo, though I fully believe this has more to do with being a first-floor condo in a tropical climate rather than a cleanliness issue. There were smaller bugs that seemed like everyday pests. I didn't find them concerning, but it's worth knowing that they're there. Also, I'm assuming this has more to do with the condo complex itself rather than the owner, but checking in with security was kind of annoying. We got in late, so we were tired and the office was closed. We also left early the next morning and by the time we got back the office was closed (island time). I was able to eventually get in contact with security (it took two attempts to reach someone as they did not respond to my voice message). They issue parking permits, though, to be honest, I don't feel like they truly check the cars, so it's more of a hassle than anything that actually seems productive.

Condo was well stocked to go to the beach. The location was excellent for all amenities.
