Breakfast was as expected. Good choice. Close to Gilligans Bar and Grill - a fav. Bed was comfortable.

Receptionist is certainly in the wrong line of work. No Welcome, no smile, no thankyou, nothing ... Request we made for section of the building was ignored and we were told "we don't read requests when you book through 3rd party" (we have heard this before so why does Booking.com bother?) Price was more than we booked at on line. Water damage in ceiling. Was it necessary to give us that room when 80% of the parking lot was empty? Coffee maker did not work. Bathroom light only came on at about 20% most of the time. I somewhat feel 3rd party bookings are 'punished' and given shoddy treatment, I dunno.

Coffee machine was great loved having a latte ! Breakfast was very limited and no one around to refill the empty eggs and bread

Location was good

I let the desk know that the tub didn't drain properly. Front desk said someone would fix it but no one came. So my family couldn't take a shower because we refuse to get in tub that had dirty water in it. We gave to wash up in sink. Also there was no bedding for pull out couch.

The location was convenient for me and my coworker for our work trip

The bathroom was not clean and the bed had a bug in the “clean sheets”, plus their jacuzzi was dirty and broken. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the bed wasn’t much better
