Second visit this year to this inn. Staff is well trained, very courtesy and breakfast is very good. Rooms are comfortable. Good access to all of Manhattan.

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and breakfast food was awesome.

When we checked in, my credit card was requested for incidentals. I happened to check it while we were there for 4 days and our card had been charged for another room that we did not book. They were good about removing the charge but it should not have occurred. Also, there were loud, racing cars in the parking garage right next to the motel at night.

I don't understand why I keep getting put on a floor with families of screaming kids running in the halls and slamming doors. I just want to get a comfortable room to relax and get some sleep...common sense people!

Room was clean and comfortable. TV stations offered good variety to be able to watch NCAA tournament games. Close to plenty of restaurants and easy to navigate to where we needed to go in town.

Used to a humidifier, so room felt very dry. Woke up with red dry eyes and sinuses.

The bathroom shower curtain was torn and ragged. For the price you pay for a room everything should be in excellent condition!

We booked a Queen Suite and when we checked in they told us they had several people stay over in the suites so they no longer get had any available. I was told they would talk to the manager to adjust my fees on Thursday, Friday and when I checked out Saturday they had not resolved the issue. I will have to call and speak to the manager and this has been a whole inconvenience. I will not be charged for a suite when I was downgraded because of their mistake. also, the key cards are super sensitive and I had to have mine fixed numerous times a day. I knew other groups in other rooms that also had the same issue.
