Esta moderna villa de estilo cicládico está situada cerca del mar, a una distancia de 150 m, con una vista fantástica desde Verandas y ventanas, cerca de la ruta Adamas Pollonia. Su interior está en 4 niveles en un estilo loft moderno. (aunque necesita atención para niños pequeños) La villa es más cómoda equipada con aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, lavadora, 4 dormitorios con colchones ortopédicos. Es ideal para 4 a 8 personas, que desean tener espacio y privacidad también durante sus vacaciones relajantes. 2 terrazas, cocina grande, 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, sala de estar muy grande con oportunidades adicionales para dormir. Plaza de aparcamiento y jardín, gran propiedad. Villa construida en una colina, gran espacio interior abierto con 5 niveles, muchas escaleras y escalones (¡cuidado con niños pequeños!). A poca distancia de pequeñas playas. La casa está situada en la carretera principal Adamas Pollonia, a 1,5 km del pequeño pueblo pesquero de Pollonia, con largas playas de sombra y muchas tabernas. Tiene vistas al área histórica de la antigua ciudad Fylakopi (Museo Británico) y se dice que la casa está construida en el lugar de un antiguo palacio.

We loved our time at Yvonne's place! Well situated on the island and not far from both Pollonia and Adamantas, the view is stunning, the house comfortable and relaxed - so well suited for our multi-generational family! From the warm welcome to the excellent recommendations, our host made herself available to us as needed while being respectful of our privacy. Our visit was just what we needed as an extended family to bond and create memories. We will be back for sure!!!

The house location is very convenient to Pollonia, which has a nice beach with some shades, restaurant options and market. We had a title of 5 people in our family, from grandparents in their 80-80’s and our teenager son. We had a rental car and could easily get to all the other locations on the island from the house. It was nice to have the full kitchen and space to spread out. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor patio space which allowed for relaxing breakfast and dinners when we didn’t want to go out. There are some beach near walking distance, but we didn’t have time to check those out as we wanted to hit all the highlights of the island. Milos has a nice variety of tourist visit spots. The owner was extremely helpful. She was very patient as we missed the ferry and was very late on arrival. She gave us all the privacy on property but was very quick to respond to our questions about getting around the island and tips for grocery and beach, etc. We highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a place to stay on Milos.

We had a wonderful time in milos. Yvonne even bought us beach chairs. Very close to palonia. Farther from beaches. House was beautiful with plenty of space.

We all loved this villa. It was large enough to accomodate our family of seven adults. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We all loved this villa. It was large enough to accomodate our family of seven adults. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Villa très bien située et fort confortable. L’accueil des gérants est parfait. La vue au coucher du soleil est exceptionnelle. Un espace barbecue ajouterait un plus à la qualité de la villa.

Semplicità e funzionalità con gli occhi puntati sull’Egeo
Splendida vacanza nella bella Milos in questa casa molto confortevole rispetto agli standard cicladici (cucina ampia e molto attrezzata e bagni funzionali)con splendida vista sul tramonto nell’EGEO. Si respira un’aria di casa propria, e non di casa vacanza, chE non dispiace. Lo spazio esterno è più sacrificato rispetto alla fruibilità degli ampi spazi interni, Yvonne ce ne ha spiegato la ragione, ma nulla toglie alla bellezza e magia dello scenario in cui si colloca. Un po’ difficoltoso il checkin per la difficoltà ad individuare la casa, forse opportuno pensare anche un contatto telefonico prima dell’arrivo. Unico neo la vicinanza alla strada, nei. Mesi di alta stagione molto trafficata. Consigliata per un gruppo fino a 8 persone.

Up on a breezy point!
When traveling we love a spot that is off the beaten path but still close to everything. This was a perfect spot for our stay on Milos. We had a good sized group join us but there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as come and go as they pleased. The place was clean and had plenty of breeze when all the windows were opened up. We had rented a car but this place is a quick taxi ride away from any part of the small towns on Milos. The host was pretty fantastic too with reccomendations. I would definitely rent again!

Great view! Great villa in Milos!
The villa is very comfortable for 6 person, but can accomodate more people. With the extra room provided you can stay in 8 without using any of the common area as a sleeping area.
We loved the terrace, the common area and the fact that each room is well separated from the others. 2 of them are with in room bathroom. 3 out of 4 have a great view!
The only and main cons is the noise from the road, but it's manageable.
Yvonne and Marietta are very helpfull in providing info and support to visit the island. They check how you feel and if everything is ok: you feel very well treated! They live nearby but they give you the maximum privacy.

Very comfortable villa with beautiful views
This villa with allot of space, practically equipped and with stunning views was exactly what we (3 adults) had been looking for for our holiday on Milos. The owner was very nice and helpful and really everything was perfect.
Important to know: you really need a car to go for swimming and discover the islands beaches!

Amplia y agradable
Estuvimos muy a gusto. Eramos 2 personas en una casa de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños. La cercanía de la carretera y el tráfico no nos dejaron dormir bien pero las cenas disfrutando de la puesta de sol fueron estupendas, aunque tuvimos que vigilar a los gatos (uno de ellos nos robó el queso). Los accesos a la propiedad no están urbanizados y la entrada desde la carretera es estrecha.
Los dueños fueron muy amables y nos regalaron productos de su huerta.

When we read that we must be careful about the poison snakes of milos,we were a little afraid,but the area around the house was clean and we didn't meet one after all..!
The house is near to a village named Pollonia,where there were many restaurants, where we had tasty food and excellent wine!IIt was easier to go to Pollonia and to other villages with a car that we rent, because though there was a bus,it didn't have very regular routes.
The thing we loved most of the house was the view,especially on sunset!We hadn't seen one like this before!

jewel in the Mediterrenean
We stayed in this property during July, amazing the view to the sea, the opposite islands, but also to the cycladic landscape and rich green forests. Amazing also the architecture of the house, excellently equipped and furnished with very good taste and interesting art work- exceptionel sunsets! All in all a jewel in the Mediterrenean area. Milos one the most interesting islands we have ever visited

Well equiped big house without cooling and noisy
Pros:
- very well equiped new big house
- well decorated
- very clean
- very nice sea view
- ideal for visiting the beaches and villages of the north part of the island ( famous Papafragas and Sarakiniko)
- very close to Pollonia
Cons:
- very noisy environment in July: difficult to sleep (house located 10 m from road with a lot of traffic until very late in the night and early in the morning)
- no cooling provided (air conditionning or even fan)
- garden not actually accessible : owner will warn you upon your arrival about danger of poisoning snakes if walking out of the house
- no shade at all. Just an umbrella good at breakfast time but totally useless for the rest of the day
- owner lives in an independant room on the ground floor of the house; we had not been informed about this. The house was hence not totally independent, nevertheless the owner has not been intrusive at all.
- only 7 people can sleep confortably. Would not recommend if you are 8.

enjoying the location
unbelievable view, watching the sun go down into the sea and listening to the waves at the same time from the veranda! We felt like ancient Greeks near this historic site at this impressing location!
