There was an ineffective bell at the front desk that staff sometimes decided not to answer, even tho we heard them behind the partition. Breakfast was a disaster. They didn't bring my buffet food ( yes they portion it out to you) and got my friends omelet wrong. She is dairy free.

The king size room was decorated nicely and applicable for 1 to 2 people to stay...very clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. You have a choice of the breakfast buffet or to order from a prepared menu. We ordered omelets made to order and they were delicious! Drinks hot and cold are included with your meal.

1. The toilets definitely need to be replaced. They are entirely too low to the floor...made for little kids. 2. Pillows are too soft...need to replace with firm pillows. 3. Need more handicapped parking spots.

The fact that it had restaurant church heat pool gym and a office all in one… the location was great everywhere we we went was 12 minutes away

Location is good it’s just near the mall, not far from city center. Lobby was nice, room was decent, beds were comfy, and everything appeared to be clean. We had two issues. First our TV was not working, this was fixed. Then our toilet began leaking from the wall connection and a sewage smell was apparent in the bathroom. This was also fixed by maintenance, but we had to stay in the room despite the smell, and they did not offer housekeeping service to disinfect the floor from the toilet water. I will say both times we called the service man was at our door literally within two minutes, but sewage odor is really not something you should have to deal with at $200/night.
